Other then what is on the NASA tag, I know nothing about this! We purchased a large lot at a auction and in one box we found this.
After, we contacted the owner of the lot and was told he attended a government auction years ago and purchased this! He was told in 1992 that this was purchased for ,500 but i have no way to verify this.
This is a very unique Rare item and if anyone would like to shed light as to what this may have been used for or on we would greatly appreciate it.
I have a few offers on this outside of eBay but I’m listing here in hopes to get a better idea of what it is and what value it has.
