TT scale was introduced in USA in 1945 and later become very popular in Germany and Eastern Europe. TT scale is 1:120 or 10 scale feet to the inch.
Studebaker
(1852–1967) was a famous American wagon and automobile manufacturer based in South Bend, Indiana.
The
2R Series of Studebaker trucks
were 1949-model Studebaker trucks, sold in half-ton, 3/4-ton, and 1-, 1.5-, and 2-ton capacities.
While trucks had never been known for their comfort, the 2R-series of 1949 Studebaker trucks included features that made significant strides to rectify this shortcoming. While it could still not make claims of a "boulevard ride," the new cab and chassis combination was a cut above the competition.
An excellent model for every American or Canadian TT-scale layout of the transition era!
