USED. It is in very good condition as it has truly never been used. It has been in storage for 10-30 years. There may be some age-yellowing of the enamel coating on the pin. Since it is possible that moving the item around could cause some wear, the item is being sold as used. There may be some slight imperfections but the item will be very nice. I will not ship any items with significant damage.
