This sale is for one new suspended Charlie Christian style dual blade humbucking pickup with a three point mounting system.
This pickup is handmade in the USA by Pete Biltoft.
Note that the pickup will be made after the order is placed; please allow 7 to 10 days for fabrication.

The pickup has an adjustable three point mounting system.
The coils of the pickup are surrounded by grounded shielding which is very effective in eliminating noise from external electric fields.
If warm, fat yet articulate Charlie Christian single coil tone with reduced noise is your goal, this pickup is for you.
This pickup features the highest quality materials and methods of construction:
Nitrocellulose lacquer coated mild steel pole pieces with 10", 12" or 16" radius; flat blade pole pieces can also be offered with this pickup.
Vacuum potted in forming wax to eliminate microphonic squeal
Grounded shielding on the pickup coil and shielded output leads
Each pickup includes a specifications sheet detailing:
DC resistance
Inductance
Magnetic field strength
Installation notes
A detailed wiring diagram with solder points indicated is included with each pickup.
Each pickup is individually hand made by custom guitar designer and builder Pete Biltoft at the Vintage Vibe Guitars production facility.
Installation of pickups is relatively easy, but does require that you have a good quality soldering iron (25 watt pencil type recommended, such as the Weller WTCTP) and a good quality multimeter (Fluke model 10, for example) to check your work. In addition, the reference book

This pickup is guaranteed for 5 years from date of purchase for the original purchaser and will be repaired or replaced free of charge assuming there is no obvious physical damage. Details of the warranty are included on the specification sheet provided with each pickup.
