These First Day Covers are signed on the back by the Captain Dan Riksen of the UTC Freedom ship that retrieved the Space Shuttle Solid Rocket Boosters of STS-9 on Nov. 30, 1983 and STS-41-B (STS-11) on Feb. 4, 1984.
