The STS 107 press kit is very detailed with the space science research accomplished before Columbia's fate. It is 145 pages, 3-hole punched. The investigation board report volume 1, is a space worker copy that has an addendum on discussion points for safety and mission success and a November 4, 2003 letter from Kennedy Space Center Director James Kennedy encouraging contractor employees to do the work to return to flight. These two documents represent the alpha and omega of STS 107.
