Mohawk Corp of Illinois Tube Radio One-Dial Console Utah Speaker 1925 RARE

This is a Mohawk Corporation of Illinois radio in a floor model cabinet or console, which are difficult to find.
The cabinet stands 40" high, top width is 30 1/2" wide and is 15 1/2" deep
The serial number on the back of the "drawer" is 30744.  From some nice collectors out there I have this dated at 1925.
Here are the dimensions on the "drawer" which pulls out from the cabinet and is a complete stand alone item and could easily be put into a smaller cabinet.
Drawer is 12 1/2" wide, 10 3/4" deep and 8 1/2" tall.
Please see the photo's for your best description of the condition of this. I have no idea on the tubes, they have not been tested. There is also a photo of the battery hook up, which is located on the back part of the drawer. The dial does not turn with the knob. I have not tried to adjust, but based on the very good overall condition of the other parts I'm sure it's a minor adjustment.
The faceplate is in great condition, looks brand new. The overall cabinet is in good condition, there a couple of very minor scratches on the top. Also, a couple small pieces of the laminate missing on the bottom of one side, see photo. Please also see the photo of the "Utah" speaker in the back part of the cabinet.
