This item in my EBAY store is a DUGAN  "FLORAL & GRAPE"  AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS BULBOUS STYLE LARGE HANDLED WATER PITCHER.    This DUGAN "FLORAL & GRAPE" large handled bulbous pitcher is antique glass that has survived well over 100 years of survival and because of age is now a beautiful family heirloom piece of glass, this DUGAN "FLORAL & GRAPE" pitcher that I have here is in excellent condition having NO chips, cracks, scratches, and no glass staining;   I may also add that this DUGAN  "FLORAL & GRAPE"  AMETHYST CARNIVAL GLASS BULBOUS STYLE LARGE HANDLED WATER PITCHER is an early DUGAN vintage antique carnival glass "FLORAL & GRAPE" pitcher that has been used and displayed over many years and still remains in beautiful heirloom condition, surely the couple of people who have once owned this American beauty surely cherrished this piece of DUGAN antique glass according to the condition this DUGAN "FLORAL & GRAPE"  water pitcher remains in today;   As you can see the handle is an applied handle having NO heat checks anywhere either at the top or at the bottom where this handle was applied to this beautiful pitcher, this handle has no carnival iridescence nor does the very bottom base of this pitcher, there is carnival iridescence on the inside of this water pitcher as you can see in the photos;   These photos were taken inside and outside in the natural day light, I must say that the photos taken inside with flash are awful, but the photos outside are as natural as you can get, and the sun was not shinning when I took these photos;   You can see this much sought after DUGAN  "FLORAL & GRAPE"  carnival glass pattern in one of my many reference materials, one is a hard back book by "Edwards & Carwile" a book on carnival glass, the "STANDARD ENCYCLOPEDIA of CARNIVAL GLASS 7th EDITION, on page #147;   I've taken numerous photos in different backgrounds in numerous angles and positions to show pattern, COLOR, condition, carnival glass iridescence, & size hoping to answer any and all questions but if need be you can E-mail me or you can see me on my NEW web site at terrymackeyantiques.com.   When using a cell phone or mobile device please click on "see full description" to see more photos and measurements;   Insurance is bought at the USPS at the time of shipment to you, the cost is .25 for the shipping and .75 for the insurance, ANY OVER PAID SHIPPING COST WILL BE RETURNED TO YOU THE BUYER;   All stickers on MY DUGAN  "FLORAL & GRAPE"  amethyst carnival glass bulbous style handled water pitcher sent to you must remain on MY  DUGAN  "FLORAL & GRAPE"  amethyst carnival glass bulbous style handled water pitcher for any glass return, NO exceptions!                           Inventory    #616X              11/5/2014            Please read my BIO on my NEW web site.             Will ship International mail after Buyer request shipping cost thru EBAY.
