The Medals are in a hard plastic case, with form fitting holes for the coins. The hard plastic case is in a plastic outer wrapping that has not been opened. The plastic outer wrapping has a couple pulled places and dings. I can't really take it out of that plastic to see the condition of what is inside but from the looks of it looks great.
