I introduce one of the oldest Russian sturgeon farm company «Volgorechenskrybhoz» JSC.
Since 1975 our company raises sturgeon fish and produce sturgeon caviar.
SELECTED - "SELECTED" Caviar of the Selected category is produced by selected individuals over 15 years old. The grain is especially large, delicate, pale-gray with a noble deep taste and a very weak aroma. This is our exclusive, most expensive product.

PREMIUM- "HIGHEST CLASS" Premium caviar is obtained from the best sturgeon at least 8 ... 10 years old. It is distinguished by a recognizable bright taste with a pronounced nutty note. Delicate, rather large grains of gray color have a characteristic, unusually harmonious aroma.
