Up for sale here is a 2011 U.S. Mint Platinum Proof American Eagle (Preamble Series) with presentation box.  Made at West Point mint.
Condition
:  coin has never been removed from U.S. mint plastic case and is consequently ungraded.
(Re: presentation box and folder:  Note also that the large silver P on the front of the inside folder appears to have some wear on it.  It came that way from the U.S. Mint.)
