A proof set of 2 Platinum eagles in the original Mint box plus the Certificate of Authenticity.
This is the proof and reverse proof 10th anniversary set put out by the U.S. Mint in 2007.
Minted at West Point with the W Mint Mark.
The obverse is a "Portrait of Liberty". Liberty looks to the future in this modern interpretation of an American icon, the Statue of Liberty.
On the reverse, A bald eagle is featured with its wings spread wide to represent freedom with a shield at the ready to enforce the laws that guarantee those freedoms.
