In 2002 to celebrate the Canadian Maple Leaf, the Royal Canadian Mint released a Limited Issue Maple Leaf Hologram Five Dollar Platinum Proof Coin struck in solid fine 99.95% Platinum weighing one tenth of an ounce of fine pure Platinum Certified Slabbed and Graded by PCGS as PR70 DCAM.
The reverse design depicts a Maple Leaf while the obverse features the portrait of Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II.
