DESCRIPTION:
2-Ton convertible packaged air conditioner AND HEATER, rooftop or ground mount,1ph 208/230v.
This is a complete unit with heater, blower, condenser, and motor -- just add vents or tubing
We bought this unit new with no returns for our 1,900 SQ FT commercial building
But we're not wanting to install it now, hoping to sell the building as-is, soon.  And everything in the building is being cleaned out.
We have the original manuals and install instructions available in PDF format.
NOTE: while in storage in my shop -- somebody apparently pushed in the grill at the top and bent a few fins, otherwise it's still brand new.
DELIVERY:
Free delivery -- between SYRACUSE and BUFFALO.
However, you will need to take the unit off our truck yourself (with forklift, loading dock, etc.)
You are welcome to stop in to see and also pick up in Canandaigua, NY
Otherwise you will need to ship which is going to be expensive.  The unit is 350lbs, 51" x 36" x 48" high.  It has a forklift skid but the cardboard box is gone.
DESIGN:
For an additional 0 we will design the system.  Including a NYS PE stamp, onsite measurements & to-scale plan view (blueprints), and all the locations and sizes of vents and/or risers shown on drawings.  If between SYRACUSE and BUFFALO areas.  Otherwsie just the basic design for 0
