Description:
For your consideration is the option of
2pcs (1 set) quick-connect connectors (2 terminal) - pre-crimped with wires. This option is a "Solder wire by wire" option, and will require only soldering and application of heat shrink tubing. This is recommended for most users.
Note to get the Shielded option you must select it from drop down menu
Typically you want to get rid of the stock pickups and replace them with - say Seymor Duncans or other quality pickups. Replacement pickups typically do not come with connectors, but are left with stripped wires for the end user to connect to his/her setup.
With these connectors you can connect directly to the stock connector on the Connector Circuit board in the guitar, making perfect connections. This way you can still swap out the pickups if you want to try out different combinations of pickups.
These connectors most likely fit other Gibson guitars using the 2 pin connector type found on the newer Gibson guitar models. They are typically used in a setup where your Humbuckers are connected in series. Please do your own research to verify compatibility. They are found on Gibson SG too.

Gibson Quick-Connectors come in 2-pin, 3-pin and 5-pin versions
and obviously they are NOT interchangeable. The way to find out is to remove the cover on the back of your guitar and check against the pictures posted in this listing. Save yourself some grief... I have all versions in stock, so make sure to order correctly.

Included are:
Ready Crimped Connection - Ready crimped
2 pcs Female connector and terminals already crimped to AWG22 Gavitt Cloth wire Black and White. Length: 4 inches.
2 piece of Heat Shrink wire for Pick Up cables
- Labelled "NECK" and "BRIDGE"
4 pcs shrink wrap pieces for securing wires after soldering
2 pcs shrink wrap pieces for securing to the pick-up cable

Braided Noise shielding
PROCESS:
Soldering of "Pre-crimped connector with wires"
Cut wires to desired length.
Strip (push back insulation) and pre-tin wires.
Slide on all heat shrink tubes.
Solder Wires together per the diagram specific for your new Pick-up.
Position and apply heat to the 2 heat shrink tubes for the wires.
Position Braided Shield to desired position (if selected) then slide the larger  heat shrink tubes over and shrink that as well.
Shipping: I typically ship the same day as order is received except Sunday. International buyers are welcome, I have shipped several kits to GB, western Europe and Scandinavia. Typical transit time 7-10 days.
Note: Shipping to business addresses: Due to an abundance of lost packages - It will be the buyers responsibility to collect the item. Once USPS tracking shows picked up, it becomes the buyers responsibility no matter what happens after that point. I can not guarantee delivery to business addresses or mail/freight forwarders or PO Boxes - should you choose to have your item sent to one of these places it will be 100% at your own risk - as said - once picked up from me by USPS it is buyers responsibility.
