This 1997 1/10oz Platinum Eagle has been certified a perfect MS70 by NGC!! In addition, the label has been hand-signed by the 12th U.S. Mint Chief Mint Engraver, John Mercanti! According to the NGC population report, only 10 platinum eagles exist in this pedigree!!
